These are lovely. I never thought to serve something like this in a little muffin cup, it makes them perfect to take to parties and picnics.

Love your blog. I got on an eating jag with apples and organic yogurt with cinnamon all over the top and it really made me feel good. I have a terrible time with hypoglycemia and the cinnamon must have been helping regulate my sugar. I was eating it at least twice a day sometimes more. Thanks for the info.
